How to make a claim
Submit your claim as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after the incident.
Please ensure that the required documents are submitted to facilitate the claims process and avoid unnecessary delays.
For claims requiring reimbursements for upfront expenses paid (e.g. medical receipts, purchase receipts), please indicate your policy number on your original documents and submit them to:
