What do I indicate as the period of insurance for a single-trip plan?

For single-trip plans, you should indicate the full overseas travel period only as your insurance cover. Please note that dates are based on Singapore local time (GMT +8:00).

Cover start date: The date on which you depart from Singapore (e.g. If you’re departing on 2 June 2026, 23:50, you should indicate the start date as 2 June 2026).

Cover end date: The date on which you arrive in Singapore (e.g. If you’re arriving on 19 June 2026, 00:30, you should indicate the end date as 19 June 2026).

What are the key updates for policies purchased from 27 Feb 2026 onwards?

For policies purchased from 27 February 2026 onwards, several updates have been introduced, including but not limited to the following:

  • New optional riders, including Cancel for Any Reason, Rental Vehicle Cover, and COVID-19 Coverage.
  • Changes to the sum insured across selected benefits and policy sections, including an increase in the limits for Personal Accident Protection.
  • Recategorisation of physiotherapy treatment under the relevant policy section.
